Norton and Yarrow Cheese is a goats' cheese producer at Pencrug Farm, Llanddeusant near Llangadog in Carmarthenshire, making cheese by hand from its own herd. The farm produces two cheeses: Sinodun Hill, a pyramid-shaped fresh goats' cheese with a mousse-like texture and citrus character, and Brightwell Ash, an ash-coated cheese with a silky, yielding texture. Milk comes from the farm's own dairy goat herd, keeping the whole process on-farm from herd to finished cheese.
