Caws Cenarth makes handmade organic cheese at Glyneithinog near Cenarth in west Wales. The family business is the oldest established producer of Welsh Farmhouse Caerffili (PGI) and makes a wider range of artisan cheeses including cheddar, washed-rind, blue and sheep's milk cheeses.
