Sanclêr Organic Dairy is a farm dairy at Glancynin Farm near St Clears in Carmarthenshire, producing organic milk and a range of cultured dairy products. The range includes organic plain and flavoured yoghurt, kefir and yoghurt cheese made using traditional cultures and minimal processing. Milk comes from the farm's own organic herd, with the whole range built on organic certification and careful, low-intervention dairying.
