Capra Cymru is a goats' cheese producer on a smallholding at Cilwr, Talley, near Llandeilo in Carmarthenshire. The cheese is made from the milk of goats kept on the holding and comes in fresh soft varieties, including plain and garlic and chive. The smallholding produces its cheese in small batches directly from its own herd.
