Our Mission
Wales has a rich heritage of farming, fishing, and food production. From the salt marshes of the Gower to the hills of Snowdonia, our landscape produces some of the finest ingredients in the world.
However, finding these local gems isn't always easy. Supermarkets dominate our food systems, often at the expense of local quality and sustainability. We built Local Welsh Food to bridge the gap between local makers and local shoppers.
