Hufenfa'r Castell makes hand-crafted ice cream at Castle Square in Harlech, using Welsh whole milk and Welsh double cream from Llaeth dy Llŷn alongside fresh fruit and no artificial colours or flavours. Ice cream is made fresh each day, with flavours including salted caramel, fig and honey, lemon cheesecake, honeycomb, strawberry and damson. Sorbets are also made alongside the dairy ice cream, with non-dairy options within the same hand-crafted range.
