Georgio’s Ice Cream in Llanberis makes homemade gelato, dairy-free ice cream, cakes and fudge on the premises. Its gelato is made using locally sourced milk and other products, with new flavours developed and introduced over time. The parlour offers a selection of 29 flavours each day, including 8 dairy-free options, with choices such as vanilla, pistachio, lemon meringue, raspberry ripple and strawberry. Personalised ice cream celebration cakes are also made alongside the everyday gelato and sweet range.
