Cariad Gelato makes Italian-style gelato in Porthmadog using Welsh dairy, fruit and other natural ingredients. Vegan and gluten-free options are also produced alongside the dairy gelato. The gelato is hand crafted in North Wales and made with fresh local produce, including fruit and Welsh dairy.
