Glaslyn

Glaslyn in Beddgelert makes handmade ice cream, vegan sorbet and pizza. Ice cream is made daily with Welsh milk and butter, sorbet is made with fresh fruit, and pizza is also made on site. Named ice cream flavours include Dairy Vanilla, Mint Choc Chip, Raspberry Ripple and Halen Môn Salted Caramel. Ice cream, sorbet and pizza are all made from the same Beddgelert base.
