Gwella Cymru makes cured and cooked Welsh meats from the family farm near Aberystwyth, using its own beef, lamb and mutton. The range includes sliced cooked and cured lamb, beef and mutton, with flavour lines such as Garlic & Mint lamb, Welsh beef with spices and Welsh mutton. Great Taste awards include wins in 2017 and 2018 for products made from the farm’s own meats.
