Postance Poultry is a west Wales farm specialising in free-range Golden Bronze turkeys for Christmas. The birds are reared slowly to full maturity, then dry plucked and game hung for at least seven days using traditional preparation methods. Whole turkeys are produced under the Golden Turkey assurance scheme, which sets standards for rearing and processing. The business raises and prepares its seasonal turkeys at its Ceredigion farm near Cardigan.
