Graig.wales is a smallholding meat producer in the Cambrian Mountains, raising its own free-range pigs and making pork products in small batches. The range includes handmade sausages, dry-cured back and streaky bacon, gammon, biltong and fresh pork lines. Sausage varieties include breakfast bangers, chipolatas, hog roast sausages, pork and chestnut, cranberry, apple and rosemary, and white Cumberland. The business combines pig rearing on the holding with curing, sausage-making and other pork production.
