Welsh Smokery

Welsh Homestead Smokery is a micro smokery at Maesffynnon, Penuwch near Tregaron, making small-batch smoked foods and pantry products. Its range includes smoked bacon, smoked chillies, jams and sauces, smoked seasonings and gift products, with smoked bacon jam and smoked chorizo jam among the named lines. The smokery works with woodsmoke flavour across meat, chilli, jam and salt products from its Ceredigion homestead.
