Y Cwt Mwg smokes fish, meat and cheese at Cors Yr Odyn Farm in Dulas on Anglesey. Public products include cold smoked salmon, kiln roasted smoked salmon, smoked mackerel, smoked peppered mackerel, smoked mussel meat and smoked bacon, with smoked cheese also part of the range. Salmon, mackerel and mussels are prominent on the fish side, while bacon and cheese extend the smoked range beyond seafood. Smoked salmon, mackerel, mussels, bacon and cheese all come from the same farm smokery in Dulas.
