Ocean Bay Seafoods processes shellfish in Holyhead on Ynys Môn, handling king and queen scallops, brown crab, lobster and whelks from the Welsh coast. Hand-dived king scallops are part of the range, alongside scallop meat and live shellfish brought into the Holyhead facility for handling, processing and packing. The business has worked with Welsh coastal shellfish for more than thirty years, with scallops and other shellfish lines moving through the same Anglesey operation.
