The Lobster Pot is a shellfish business at Church Bay supplying live lobster and crab from Anglesey. Its main products are European Blue Lobster and Brown Crab, with spider crabs, velvet crabs, shrimps and other shellfish also available. The business has been operating for more than 75 years and is run by the third generation of the Wilson family. Shellfish are held and packed at the Church Bay site, with supply coming year-round from vivier boats and day boats around the Welsh coast as well as further afield in the UK and Ireland.
