Moch Coch is a smallholding producer at Penrallt, Talog near Carmarthen, making cured and air-dried charcuterie from free-range pork raised on the farm. The range covers farmhouse salami, chorizo, coppa, prosciutto and pancetta alongside air-dried Welsh beef. Meats are slow-cured and air-dried over months on the farm, a process that underpins the character of each product in the range. Meat boxes are also available as part of the wider farm offering.
