Moch Coch is a small farm producer in Talog, Carmarthenshire, making cured and air-dried meats from free-range Tamworth pigs raised on the farm. The range includes salami, chorizo, coppa, prosciutto, pancetta, sausages and nitrite-free bacon, with meats prepared in the on-farm butchery and dried slowly over several months. Meat boxes are also produced from the same herd, alongside the farm’s cured pork, sausages and air-dried charcuterie.
