Glasu is a family-run ice cream producer on the Llŷn Peninsula, making homemade Welsh ice cream at its family dairy farm using milk from its own cows. Production takes place in a farm unit established in 2016, with the milk pasteurised before the ice cream is churned and natural flavourings are added. Five take-home flavours are supplied to local retailers, while the Pwllheli café serves a rotating selection of 28 flavours. The business grew from ice cream first made for a family wedding in 2012.
