The range draws on home-grown, locally sourced and hedgerow-foraged ingredients, with seasonal flavours alongside long-running favourites such as Piccalilli, Chilli Jam and Apple & Beetroot Chutney. What began with jars made from surplus garden produce has grown into a dedicated preserve-making business, with batches prepared in its own purpose-built Pembrokeshire kitchen and a changing selection shaped by the fruit, vegetables and flavours available through the year.
