Câr-y-Môr is a community benefit society based at Upper Clegyr in St Davids, operating Wales’ first regenerative seaweed and shellfish farm. The business grows seaweed and shellfish in Ramsey Sound and works with local fishermen, gatherers and land farmers. Its food work includes Welsh seafood, shellfish and seaweed products through Beach Foods by Câr-y-Môr, while harvested seaweed is also used for biostimulants made for farmers and gardeners.
