Dylan’s makes sauces, pickles, preserves, oils and seasonings on Anglesey under the Dylan’s name. Its retail line includes barbecue sauce, brown sauce, piccalilli, sweet chilli dipping sauce, leek oil, pickled samphire and fruit preserves, developed from dishes served across the Dylan’s kitchens. Pantry products are prepared on Anglesey by the same business and sold under the Dylan’s name.
