Becws Môn Bakery works from Gaerwen and Llangefni, where it makes breads, baps, pies and cakes on Anglesey. The business began in 2016 and later split production between the Gaerwen bakery for breads, baps and pies and the Llangefni bakery for cakes, with a separate packing and dispatch unit added later. Bread, savoury baking and cakes are all produced across the two bakery sites, with Gaerwen and Llangefni each handling different parts of the bakery’s output.
