Llefrith Cybi is a family farm dairy at Four Mile Bridge near Holyhead, producing fresh milk, flavoured milkshakes and ice cream from its own British Friesian herd. The milk is non-homogenised and lightly pasteurised on the farm. Milkshake flavours change regularly, while the ice cream is also made on the farm using the herd’s fresh milk. Llefrith Cybi launched in 2023, continuing four generations of dairy farming at Plas.
