Llaeth Medra Milk

Llaeth Medra Milk is an Anglesey sheep dairy founded by farmer Huw Jones. Sheep’s milk is the defining part of the business, and the range includes flavoured ewe’s milk drinks as well as sheep’s milk halloumi. That use of sheep milk makes the producer distinctive within the Welsh dairy sector, where cow’s milk is far more common. The halloumi has also featured among the business’s recognised products. It is a sheep dairy producing milk-based drinks and cheese from ewe’s milk.
