Charcuterie Môn is an Anglesey farm business producing salami and chorizo from outdoor-reared pork. The range was developed with the Food Technology Centre in Llangefni, including recipe trials, practical production training and food-safety support. The family farm also prepares outdoor-reared pork boxes, connecting the charcuterie with pigs raised by the business itself. Salami and chorizo add a new form of pork production to an established farm enterprise already rearing pigs for its meat range.
