Caws Teifi Cheese makes artisan raw-milk cheese at Glynhynod Farm near Llandysul in Ceredigion, using locally sourced organic raw milk. The range includes Gouda-style Teifi cheeses in natural and flavoured versions, with seaweed, nettle, chilli, cumin, onion and garlic among the named lines. The dairy also produces Welsh Caerphilly, mature Caerphilly and oak-smoked Caerphilly, keeping the farm’s cheese-making focused on organic raw-milk cheeses with both traditional and flavoured Welsh styles.
