Alex Gooch Artisan Baker makes long-fermented breads and pastries at its production bakery in Hay-on-Wye and has a customer-facing bakery café on Whitchurch Road in Cardiff. The range includes 100% rye sourdough, mixed-grain and heritage-grain sourdoughs, ciabatta, 100% spelt, challah burger buns, pastries and doughnuts. Sourdough loaves and speciality breads lead the range, with pastries and sweet bakes made alongside them.
