ZUKR is a certified-organic granulated erythritol sweetener made as a replacement for sugar in cooking, baking and hot drinks. The product is plant-based and uses erythritol, a polyol produced through fermentation. ZUKR can be used in everyday recipes as well as tea and coffee, and the current range includes a 500g pack and a smaller 120g Travel Pack. Both formats contain the same sugar-replacement product, giving ZUKR a focused range centred on one versatile sweetening ingredient.
