Ty Gwyn Jam is a Monmouthshire preserve producer making jams, jellies, marmalade and fruit coulis in small batches. The range is built around fruit-led recipes made seasonally as different fruits become available through the year. Products cover both sweet and tart fruit varieties across the jam and jelly range, with the marmalade and coulis lines completing a well-rounded selection of jarred pantry goods made from fresh fruit in small quantities.
