Sorai is a Monmouthshire producer making plant-based sauces and cooking pastes inspired by the flavours of Borneo. Its Bori sauce range is made in 160g glass bottles and can be used as a dressing, condiment, marinade or cooking sauce. The Baruk cooking paste range includes three plant-based flavouring pastes, with Rendangerous, LaksaRomin and Tribal listed among the named cooking-paste lines.
