White Hare Distillery

White Hare Distillery is a small-batch spirits producer at Bridge Street, Usk in Monmouthshire, founded in 2018 by distiller Christos Kyriakidis. The core gin range covers three expressions - Original, Hellenic and Spiced Mandarin - each distilled in the London dry style at the Usk site. Hare of the Dog vodka and a spiced rum complete the current range, with all spirits produced in small batches at the Bridge Street distillery.
