Silver Circle Distillery is a craft spirits producer at Upper Meend Farm in Penallt, near Monmouth, making spirits and ready-to-drink cocktails. Its range includes Wye Valley Gin, Silver Circle Aquavit, Black Garlic Vodka, Lan Y Môr, Damson Negroni and The Ultimate Bloody Mary. The distillery works across gin, aquavit, vodka and mixed cocktails, with production based at the Wye Valley farm site.
