Old Coach House Distillery produces alcohol-free, copper-pot distilled botanical drinks at its Monmouth base under the Stillers brand, founded in 2019 by master distiller David O'Brien. The range is made from 100% distilled botanicals - organic herbs and spices blended with Welsh spring water - and includes Celtic Myst, with juniper, rosemary and citrus character, and Silk Roots, built around warm spices including cardamom and cinnamon.
