Tŷ Melin Bakery in Pontypool makes sourdough breads, viennoiserie and cakes by hand, with British butter used across its pastry range. Founded by bakers Lance Conway-Gardner and Angharad Conway-Gardner, the bakery also makes sweet treats and has become known for its Croissant Bomb alongside its breads and pastries. Production is based at Usk Vale Park in Pontypool, with pre-order collection available there, and breads, pastries and cakes remain at the heart of the range.
