The Giggling Goat Farm Shop & Bakery makes sourdough bread on Anglesey, with plain white, wholemeal, cheese and red onion, pizza sourdough and focaccia all part of the current range. Bread sits at the front of the business, with traybakes alongside jams, chutneys and pickles made on the smallholding. The bakery grew from a family smallholding near Cemaes and now supplies bread through local Anglesey outlets as well as direct sales. This is a clear bakery-led producer with a wider pantry side that is also properly evidenced.
