Pâtisserie Verte is a family-run Cardiff patisserie founded in 2020, producing 100% plant-based French-style desserts for direct customers and wholesale. Its current ranges include mixed macarons, individual patisserie, celebration cakes and afternoon tea selections, with best sellers such as Chocolate & Caramel Entremets, Passion Fruit & Mango Cheesecake and Welsh Whisky Tart. Orders are produced at its Tremorfa unit and collected there by arrangement; the business currently does not offer delivery. It also supplies a wholesale menu to trade customers and offers bespoke celebration cakes for occasions including birthdays and weddings.
