Heist Chocolate

Heist Chocolate is a Cardiff bean-to-bar chocolate maker producing micro-batches of stone-ground chocolate from single-origin cacao beans. The current bar range includes 70% Dark, 70% Clementine, 80% Extra Dark, 59% Milk, 56% Milky Coffee and 63% Bananas, with filled bars such as Spanish Almond Caramel, Peanut Butter and Milk & Honey Nougat alongside them. Roasting, grinding and hand finishing all happen in the Cardiff micro factory, with each bar stitched into its paper envelope before sale.
