Heist Chocolate is a Cardiff bean-to-bar chocolate maker producing micro-batches of stone-ground chocolate from single-origin cacao beans. The current bar range includes 73% Dark, 73% Clementine, 81% Extra Dark, 57% Milk, 56% Milky Coffee and 63% Bananas, with filled bars such as Spanish Almond Caramel, Peanut Butter and Milk & Honey Nougat alongside them. Roasting, grinding and hand finishing all happen in the Cardiff micro factory, with each bar stitched into its paper envelope before sale.
