Ground Bakery makes sourdough bread and viennoiserie at its production bakery in Sully, Vale of Glamorgan. Its bakers supply fresh bread and pastries to six Ground locations across Cardiff and the Vale, including cafés and takeaway counters, as well as to wholesale customers. Ground’s shops serve the baked goods alongside speciality coffee and brunch dishes. Customers can also collect pre-ordered bakery items from the Sully unit.
