Fablas Ice Cream is a family-founded Welsh producer that makes small-batch dairy ice cream using whole milk and double cream from Ty Tanglwyst Farm, with flavourings sourced from Italy. Its own bakery also makes cakes, brownies and custard slices. The ice cream and freshly baked goods are supplied to Fablas parlours in Cowbridge, Penarth, Porthcawl, Caerphilly and Barry Island. The business also supplies ice cream to farm shops, restaurants and dessert parlours through its wholesale service.
