Sidoli Desserts makes cakes and desserts in Welshpool from its site on Henfaes Lane. The range includes cheesecakes, gateaux, traybakes, trifles, puddings, brownies and traditional cakes, with blondies, loaf cakes and Basque cheesecakes also appearing in the current guide. Production in Welshpool has continued for more than 40 years, with hand-finished cakes, chilled desserts, traybakes and larger celebration-style cakes all made under the Sidoli name across a broad dessert line from the Mid Wales bakery.
