TORQ is a Powys sports-nutrition producer that combines product development with endurance coaching and performance consultancy. Its TORQ Fuelling System brings together energy drink powders, gels, bars and jellies designed to work alongside one another during sustained exercise. The TORQ Bar was its first performance product, introduced in 2003, and is now certified organic. TORQ also makes hydration and recovery drinks and foods for race preparation, including pre-race breakfasts, pasta meals and carbohydrate-loading desserts.
