Browse all producers →Anglesey has an established beekeeping tradition, with the island’s beekeepers association dating back to 1925 and continuing to train and support local keepers. The association places particular emphasis on locally adapted Welsh Black honey bees and on maintaining healthy island colonies. Honey, honeycomb, beeswax and other hive products therefore have a strong connection with Anglesey’s landscape, seasons and long-running beekeeping community.
