Zoo Brew is a microbrewery and distillery in Capel Hendre, producing ales and spirits on the same site. The brewery has three ales in its core range and also develops special and limited-run batches. Its spirits include vodka, fruit vodka, gin, fruit gin and spiced rum, with fermentation and distillation carried out in-house from grain to glass. The production set-up includes capacity to mash 840-litre batches and four fermenters that support brewing throughout the week.
