Coles Brewery

Coles is a family-run brewery and distillery at the White Hart Inn in Llanddarog, Carmarthenshire. The brewery produces ales, stouts, lagers and ciders made with malted barley, whole hop cones, yeast and water drawn from 300 feet below the site. The distillery operates on a grain-to-glass basis, producing rum, whisky, vodka and gin from raw ingredients including molasses, malted barley and wheat.
