Seidr Teifi Cyder is a small-batch, bottle-conditioned sparkling cyder made in the Teifi Valley near Drefach Felindre. Each vintage is blended from heritage apple varieties, with the finished cyder shaped by the fruit available from that year’s harvest. Apples are grown in unsprayed, unfertilised orchards that support biodiversity, and the cyder is finished through bottle conditioning. The producer works at small scale, making naturally sparkling Welsh cyder that changes with each Teifi Valley harvest.
