St Hilary Vineyard

St Hilary, Vale of Glamorgan
St Hilary Vineyard is a Welsh vineyard at Glebe Farm in St Hilary, around a mile from Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan. Planted in 2021 by Peter and Liz Loch, the vineyard grows Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier on a gently sloping hectare of farmland between an apple orchard and a wildflower meadow. Its debut wine was a 2023 vintage still rosé made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, followed by a traditional method sparkling white wine made from the same first harvest.
