Peterston Tea

Peterston Tea grows single-estate organic Welsh tea at Peterston-super-Ely in the Vale of Glamorgan. The producer makes Welsh black tea, toasted green tea, steamed green tea and yuzu black tea, with leaves grown and crafted on the farm. It also brews small-batch organic kombucha using its own Welsh tea and real fruit, slowly fermented for balance and depth of flavour. The wider range includes tea plants, tea seeds and tea-linked seasonal releases, keeping the business centred on Welsh-grown tea.
