Seidr Pisgah Chi is a traditional dry cider produced by a group of five farmers near Pisgah in north Ceredigion. Apples are gathered each autumn from gardens and smallholdings around the village, pressed and fermented in barrel before bottling. The cider is made in seasonal batches, with the volume of each release dependent on the local apple harvest. New orchards have been planted near the village to increase future supply.
