Dà Mhìle Distillery

Dà Mhìle Distillery is an organic distillery on Glynhynod Farm in Ceredigion. Established in 1992 as an organic whisky venture and distilling on the farm since 2012, it produces organic Welsh whisky alongside Seaweed Gin, Organic Botanical Gin, Apple Brandy and Dark Skies Rum. The spirits are made on the family farm using spring water from the land and organic ingredients across the range, with whisky, gin, brandy and rum all bottled under the Dà Mhìle name.
