Meat & Greek is a family-run Greek Cypriot street-food business founded by Sophie and Lisandros. It cooks chicken and pork souvlaki over lumpwood charcoal and serves it in toasted pittas with salad, tzatziki and houmous. Gyros, halloumi pittas, salad bowls, halloumi fries and dips also feature on the menu. The business trades at Goodsheds in Barry and Newport Market, and provides food for festivals and private events across Wales.
